Party Trailer Use Policy

BRBA cooperating members: $25 at time of reservation (make check to BRBA)
BRBA non-cooperating members: $75 at time of reservation (make check to BRBA)
Non-SBC churches: $200 at time of reservation (make check to BRBA)

The fee goes into a fund to facilitate operating expenses. We suggest that you give us a 2-weeks’ notice to reserve the party trailer for your event.

Before you return the trailer we need you to clean and organize the contents for the next rental. If it is in bad shape when we get it back, we will have to have it detailed by someone and will charge your church an additional $50 fee for that service.

On board the trailer are the concessions — popcorn, sno-cone, cotton candy machines — moonbounce, sound system, easy-up canopy, folding tables and chairs, a few games — i.e. bean bag toss.
