There is no requested donation for using the BRBA vehicles for co-operating BRBA churches. However, we do require a $50 refundable deposit.

For non-cooperating BRBA churches reserving a vehicle, we request a $100 donation and a $50 refundable deposit

For non-BRBA churches and ministries reserving a vehicle, we request a $200 donation and a $50 refundable deposit.

The donations will go toward upkeep of our vehicles and other equipment. They also will help purchase new equipment when that becomes necessary.

Our policy is that everything that is borrowed comes back clean and in working order. In the case of our buses that would include at least as much fuel in them as when you started. There are instructions and check lists on each vehicle to help you with this and our fleet manager is available to answer any questions that you may have. The $50 deposit comes into play here. If the policy is not followed, your deposit will then be considered part of your donation. If it is followed, we will happily send it back to you.

Please note, there is no donation requested or deposit required for borrowing individual times such as our popcorn machine, snow cone machine, and similar things. However, we do request that you return them clean, in good working order, and where you found them on the trailer.

Finally, we request a photocopy of the driver's license of everyone that will be driving or towing our vehicles while you are borrowing them. They can be sent to dave@battlefiledbible.org
